By turning to KBRW, a publisher specialising in supply chain solutions, But wanted to improve the efficiency of its stock management. The objectives were to improve the comfort of its employees and to make the goods management process more flexible for its customers.

With 320 shops and 320 storage points, But boasts a wide coverage of the French territory to serve its customers. Wishing to provide agility, flexibility and performance, the retailer turned to KBRW to digitalise its supply chain. All the depots are concerned by the deployment of the project, nearly 200 will be completed by the summer of 2022.

The aim of the project is to streamline the flow of goods via digitalization. The result is a gain in comfort appreciated by employees, while improving customer service. "The project was carried out in direct collaboration with KBRW in order to fully digitalise our Reims depot", says Cyril Pascual, logistics coordination manager at But. "The implementation of But's IT project had to take into account the large volume of the retailer's products, with the result that a wide variety of management methods had to be taken into account," emphasises Philippe Romano, co-founder and CEO of KBRW.
